Knowledge Base Index :   Structure Questions

Things To Consider When Buying A Structure

What should you think about when choosing your new structure?

1. How many people or what type of machinery will be using the structure? (If machinery, how tall, weight, etc...)

2. Will the future needs change from the original purchase?

3. What are the restriction in your city or county?

4. Do you want the structure to be seen from your house or highway?

5. Will your structure be compatible with your neighbor's property? (Site or Physical)

6. Locations must be dry and out of flood areas.

7. How many feet should my structure be from easement or right-away?

8. Some Homeowner's Associations require sq. footage regulations and must match the colors of your home.

9. At what angle should my building be set for the most productive and easy use?

10. It's better to "Buy Larger Than Smaller". You can always use more area for storage, more room for people if a Gazebo, more animals if a barn, is purchased.
